Compost Cards
If you live in the City of Richmond your compost card is attached to the bottom of your Real Estate Paid Tax Receipt. This card must be presented to gain entry to the compost site. If you misplace your receipt a duplicate can be purchased from our office for $1.00.

Businesses that buy, sell, or manufacture goods, wares, merchandise, or food for sale in Ray County generally need a M&M License. This includes retail stores, boutiques, convenience stores, dealers, food trucks and mobile food vendors, and manufacturers. Service-only businesses that do not sell merchandise or taxable products generally do not need a M&M License.
Merchant’s & Manufacturer License Bond
A Certificate of No Tax Due is required with your application.
